No AI Attestation

By displaying Human Intelligence Coalition’s "No AI" logo, I hereby attest that my business or corporation and all employed by said business or corporation will:

• Not use Artificial Intelligence in content creation

• Not use Artificial Intelligence workflows or automations in lieu of employee duties

• Not replace or lay off employees due to Artificial Intelligence automation

• Not close open jobs for hire due to Artificial Intelligence automation

If I fail to adhere to the above, but continue to use the Human Intelligence Coalition's "No AI" logo, I will incur penalties including, but not limited to:

• Legal penalties, including "Cease and Desists" 

• Public penalties, including publishing my business's name in a Public Notice of Fraud

I also acknowledge that I may be subject to semi-annual audits of my business workflows and/or backend code in order to keep my AI-free logo.
